Description

This is a very rare Japanese creel leathered with cowhide, as most Japanese creels are leathered with pigskin. It has it’s original paper label on the bottom, though parts of it have worn off over time. The basket is tightly woven split wicker and is still quite solid and sturdy. It has a strap and green metal buckle. The creel was made in Occupied Japan then imported and sold from a business in Los Angeles.

Measures 14″ x 8″ x 4 1/2″
