What a unique creel! The basket is very sturdy single rod construction stained green whole wicker. The basket has a wooden lid and base. The lid has a rubber flap made from an inner tube and leather hinges. It has a leather harness with buckles that at one point was all black, now it shows patches of brown from wear. Please see the photos for the condition of the harness. It’s in overall good condition with fragile spots due to age.
